True Color CNY, Inc. is a hard surface cleaning and maintenance company eager to do business in the Panama City, Panama City Beach, Bay County, and Emerald Coast areas of Florida. We are locally owned and fully insured to provide services to residential and commercial settings.

Our state of the art truck mount equipment uses heat (up to 230 degrees), pressure (up to 2500psi) and a vacuum-extractor to remove contaminated water thus leaving the surface deep cleaned, dry and virtually restored to it’s true color. Why waste more time and effort “trying” to clean your hard surfaces the old fashion way? We have the ability to reach horizontal and vertical areas. What is the Process?
We apply a simple, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution which agitates the embedded dirt to the surface. (Mopping will not remove contaminants, such as bacteria, allowing it to grow & build up...yuck!)
We then use our patented tool to apply heated, pressurized water. As the water is applied, it is also vacuum-extracted leaving the surface virtually dry. More importantly, the surface is contaminant free!
